The idea of the B51 is to be a real intergenerational meeting point, open 7 days a week, to sit down and have a quiet drink, or to warm up before going to set a dance floor on fire afterwards. A small catering menu will be offered thanks to a kitchen fitted out for this purpose, and the future 18-seat terrace will undoubtedly be a significant asset on sunny days. “We will be open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. every day, but I intend to welcome people a little earlier on Sundays, for those who want to have fun after brunch!
